Refund policy

30-day return policy

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. To start a return, email legendarytomes@gmail.com before sending anything back. If the return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Eligibility

Books must be returned in the same condition described and received, with all included materials and original packaging when reasonably available. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Items damaged after delivery, gift cards, digital products, and items clearly marked final sale are not returnable except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, materially different from its listing, or was sent in error. If we provide a prepaid return label for another reason, its cost may be deducted from the refund after we disclose that amount to you.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact legendarytomes@gmail.com promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and photographs when available so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellations and exchanges

Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered fulfillment. For an exchange, the fastest option is normally to return the eligible item and place a separate order after the return is accepted.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return the order within 14 days as required by applicable law. The item must be in the same condition received, with included materials and proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the return. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed after refund approval, contact legendarytomes@gmail.com.
