Order processing
We generally begin processing paid orders within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Some items are fulfilled by third-party distribution partners. Availability checks, fraud review, or unusually high order volume may add time. If we cannot fulfill an item, we will contact you and issue any applicable refund.
Shipping destinations and charges
Free standard shipping is included for orders to supported U.S. addresses. Delivery estimates vary by item and destination. Items in the same order may arrive separately. An order can be placed only when Shopify offers a shipping method for the delivery address. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may change because of carrier, supplier, customs, weather, or other delays outside our control.
Tracking and split shipments
When tracking is available, Shopify will send it to the email address used for the order. Products may ship from different fulfillment locations and may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers. You will not be charged additional shipping solely because we split an order.
Address changes and cancellations
Review the delivery address carefully before paying. Contact legendarytomes@gmail.com as soon as possible if a correction or cancellation is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment or been handed to a carrier.
International orders
International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and customs requirements unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Customs processing can delay delivery. Certain products or destinations may be unavailable because of supplier or carrier restrictions.
Delayed, lost, damaged, or incorrect deliveries
Check tracking and the delivery address first. If an order appears lost, arrives damaged, or contains the wrong item, contact legendarytomes@gmail.com promptly with the order number and photographs when available. We will work with the fulfillment provider and carrier to investigate and provide the remedy required by our return policy and applicable law.
Fulfillment privacy
We share only the recipient name, shipping address, and order details reasonably necessary for fulfillment with our suppliers and carriers. Customer payment card information is processed by Shopify and its payment providers and is not shared with fulfillment suppliers by us.
